At 7Artisans, we stand by the quality of our lenses and optical equipment; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the lens or accessory in its original box, including all caps, hoods, and documentation, then place it inside a secure shipping carton with protective padding.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the optical and physical condition of the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
